Josh Wilson leidet seit Jahren unter Angstzuständen und Depressionen. Er versuchte, mit Alkohol Gegensteuer zu geben und wurde dann alkoholabhängig. 2017 befreite ihn Gott vom Alkohol.

Sein Song «It Gets Better» will all jene Menschen ermutigen und unterstützen, welche auch mit psychischen Problemen zu kämpfen haben. «Die Essenz ist, dass es besser wird, sei es in diesem Leben oder im nächsten», sagt Wilson.
